Jessica Paholsky is a dynamic marketing and communications professional with a deep passion for digital storytelling. A graduate of Penn State University, she holds dual bachelor’s degrees in visual communications and fine art photography, along with minors in international arts and international studies. Her accolades include prestigious awards such as the Reuben and Gladys Golumbic Scholarship, the W. LaMarr Kopp International Achievement Award, and the Scripps Howard Foundation Internship Grant. Jessica’s love for food, travel, and culture has taken her to 14 countries across three continents, inspiring Once Upon a Pesto as a culinary tribute to the global flavors she has explored.
